Driven by a brief to deliver high-quality housing at increasingly lower costs and shortened timelines, the solution for this project consisted of a series of pre-fabricated, repeatable apartment modules, to be reconfigured in myriad arrangements to produce a series of blocks that could respond to varying site conditions.
The construction methodology consists of CLT floor plates coupled with pre-fabricated lightweight timber frame wall panels, with the potential to upscale and downscale degrees of pre-fabrication throughout the construction timeline.
